In addition to one-on-one training, we offer several online training programs depending on your fitness goals and how much support and structure you require. These programs are ideal for individuals who want a mobility/fitness program without being bound to a schedule, or who want a more affordable option and are self-motivated. Our online programs at FluidMotion Coaching allow you to move at your own pace, and have limitless resources available to you 24/7.

For clients with specific health or performance objectives who aren't quite ready to commit to the Elite Movement Matrix, we also provide hybrid options as add-ons to our online training programs, such as nutrition tracking, live group trainings, and more.
